Very Inferior location. Nothing to eat or anything nearby location. Not SAFE for Women & children at all. No Electricity and water Staff is very rude and non cooperative and aggressive. Overpriced a lot not worth for even 1000 rs for a day. On top of that they are charging 14000 rs. For 6 hrs. *Agar paisa waste karna ho to yaha jao* Staff ashwini & guard is very intruding and not compatible for photoshoot environment for couples Passes inappropriate comments to guests & photographers as well. This is a genuine review for those who want to go there. Beware and ban this resort

Very poor service...Not as expected..Their security guards behave very ruthlessly and awkward.This location is full of fear .. I insist you not to visit this place ever in your life .. Friends, It's my personal experience.. Don't waste your money on such a inferior, awful, unpleasant, disgraceful , imperfect resort..
Property is still under construction. No water in washrooms and even wash basin pipe are not connected to drain. Dependent on outsource staff who don't pick phone. Marketing madam is so impatient and very rude. Overpriced property not having permanent supprt staff. Property route is pathatic , not safe in late hours.
One of the only location in Kanpur for Pre-wedding. Photographers can make the most of the location with their skills. Very much in outskirts from Kanpur City Station nearly 30 kms away. Do take care to take your conveyance at the Resort because you don't find any conveyance from there when returning. Good place for a day outing or Photoshoot, maintenance of the place can be better. Was bit hard to reach as Google maps and locals were confused to tell exact location.
