Hotel Namo Palace

I went to have dinner with my friends. First I will talk about location. It is located on highway away from the traffic and rush of Banaras city. Ambience is very good. Hotel rooms experience is very good. It is a must visit in the ramnagar highway.. owners is very supportive, strongly recommend

I recently stayed at this hotel Namo Palace and had an absolutely amazing experience ever. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay.

First of all the map is not right. The hotel is 1 km away on the service road where the map shows.. I stayed here for a night on my way towards Khajuraho, the day was its Grand Opening day, So, loads of people were there.. I understood there would be some issues in service but I stayed as I was dead tired driving from Kolkata. The Manager also gave me a good deal. The rooms were good but there was a lack of amenities. No towel provided, no soap provided, loads of mosquitoes in the room, no Good Knight or anything provided too. The food was pathetic too. I have ignored all these as I just want to sleep and start again the next morning. But at around 3-4 am some people were shouting and banging doors which scared me and I just panicked as I was with my wife. After sometime when everything was silent, around 4.30 am we got ready and had to leave the hotel and started our journey which I was planning to start around 7 am... But yes I must say behaviour of everyone is good.

Had a nice experience here...food, service,room all were great Must recommend place if you are coming in Varanasi Best part is the owner's and staff behaviour which is exceptional as they were very polite...
