OYO AMAYRA HOTEL AND RESORT

Much costlier and total waste of money . no any service provided , they cost about 1500 to 1600 for ac room , but they doesn't have any power backup . go for any other hotel you can get far better room and service in about 700 to 800 rupee only . location wise thier is only 1 or 2 dhaba were you doesn't prefer to eat.( due to hygiene & tasteless meal) ,and in hotel their is no any option for food either you have to go for online food delivery or you have to go for any restaurant which is around 1.5 to 2 km far. for 1600 they only provide room and nothing else ,even if you want water you have to go on reception and ask for 2 to 3 times . In my travel to many other cities( varanasi ,lucknow, delhi, kolkata ) l have worst experience in this hotel ,I booked for ac room from oyo , on arrival to the hotel after 4 hour electricity cutoff and on asking for the concern they say power will come in 30 min and whole night I suffered without electricity ( they have one inverter which gives power for only 10 ,20 min only) I didn't have any option rather than waiting because on asking for refund or cancel booking they start telling me ,we doesn't have any refund or cancellation policy. and it was around 11'O clock in night and from this location you even doesn't get any autorickshaw or taxi,and for ola ,rapido charge was very high in night that time .
