Hotel O Om Sai inn

It's been a really bad experience in this hotel. Staff is ok, but father and son are really cheaters. I had asked for 2 days booking few days prior to arrival. They asked me to pay 4k advance. I told I'll pay 2k for one day and after coming there, will check. If all ok, I'll book 2nd day. He told ok and I paid 2k advance online. After coming to hotel, told them that I'll stay only for 1 day. He told ok. After making travel arrangements to leave from hotel, I went to pay and he told I've to pay for 2 days full!! I argued and he told if you don't pay, we'll see to it that we'll take money and also through the luggage out of hotel. Hence I had to pay for 2 days unfortunately. It's under construction hotel, which they don't specify. I've attached the photo of this. Fan was not working in one of the room they gave and there was no window also. We asked to change the room and they gave another room, which was ok kind, but not worth 5k per night. Despite all this, they took double the amount by threatening us. Hotel owner and son also claims that sangam is 2 kmts, but it's actually 5kmts minimum. They say Jhusi railway station is 500mts, but it's 2kmts away. Before making advance payment, i asked and he told google is not showing properly, there is another way, which is shorter. After reaching the hotel, we found it was a lie. There is no other shorter way at all! Overall, they're big fraudsters. One star is minimum I can give as rating, but they deserve negative rating

Stayed here during Mahakumbh. The staff is too helpful. But food was expensive.
