Treebo Trend Om Residency - Hotel in Jhansi

This is not associated with Treebo anymore and the condition reflects why. This is cheaper version of 'OYO' and is used for all wrong reasons. When we checked the room, it was full of smoking smell and the person showing us the room casually said 'what can we do'. Not a place to stay with family.

Visited this place on 16th July 2024. Situated in a commercial complex building, all around shops are there. And hotel is located at the end corner of the building. The entrance and walkway isn't clean at all. Very dirty and stinky rooms. And room service is miserable. Washroom was not hygienic at all.

We have stayed at Om Residency for more than a week time. Check in was smooth. when you go through hotel area it seems it is inside shopping complex and may be have congested rooms, but once you enter inside hotel you will feel good as rooms are above average size. Location is very good you can get everything near by. Rooms are good and clean. Staff is also well behave and ready to work whenever we call. Wifi was good, but sometime it was quite slow.||Only problem is Electricity, it can go at any time(its usual in Jhansi), However Hotel have Generator backup and they make it available most of the time.||Overall its very good and one of the finest budget hotel in Jhansi. Surely will visit again.

I stayed here for 1 night during my trip from Khajuraho to Lucknow. ||||I stayed with my wife. If you are coming with family at 1st it may look the hotel is not good for family as it is inside a Market, but during the stay I did not find any problem.||||I had taken a higher category room . The room was very big and also clean. The room had a fridge as well. The toilet was clean as well and big. ||||They served breakfast in the room. Even though the breakfast was free I had to ask for it and then only the breakfast was served.||||There are quite a few small restaurants nearby. ||||The hotel owners have their own restaurant which is at a different location. If you want they can bring good quality non veg food and serve you in the room.||||The hotel staff was good. Management staff is present in the hotel most of the time so any problem I had was solved immediately.||||They hotel is very near to Rani Mahal and Jhansi Fort . The hotel is approximately 10 kilometers away from Orcha .||||The hotel owner recommended me to visit Orcha or else i was headed towards Lucknow. Orcha is worth visiting atleast ones.

The hotel entry is a bit unusual and it seems like you are entering a shopping area but the hotel is good both in terms of staff and room size. Bathrooms are spacious with hot water available round the clock. Staff was always ready to help. Food was good, we tried their Chef's special Beliram Chicken.

Don't know who declared it a 3 star hotel. It should be called a lodge. Cctv are for showcase. In case something happens they will make excuses to not sure footage. Services are worse. AC was not working half of the time. They will cut electricity frequently. Receptionist were rude and non-responsive. Very small place to do any functions. Very badly managed.

Last minute saviour! They accomodated us along with our pets for an overnight pitstop in Jhansi. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Room service was good and the location of the hotel is also quite great. Great value for money, and amazing people who helped us out when other reservations cancelled on us.

Average hotel. Reasonable size rooms. Poorly trained staff. Poor service. Expensive for the price. Centrally located. Plenty of eating joints nearby saved the day. Reception manned by clueless fellows. Please check your bills closely else you may be billed for services not used.
