The Grand Tulsi Hotel Jhansi

I had a pleasant stay at The Grand Tulsi J, one of the best hotels in Jhansi within a reasonable price range. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city--very close to the railway station and market, making it extremely convenient for travelers. The cleanliness of the hotel is well-maintained, and the staff is polite and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, and the air conditioning works well, which is a big plus in the Jhansi heat. I also found the room service prompt and efficient. Their food quality is good, offering a decent variety. Overall, it's a value-for-money option if you're looking for a comfortable and accessible place to stay in Jhansi.

Very good hotel. All staff was friendly and helping. Provided very good service. Location is also good, near railway station. It is easy to visit city and tourist places because of its location.

Drainage system is not working properly. Due to it water overflows from bathroom to room and they charged for it without considering the drainage is also a reason behind overflow. In my view not good for professional and family stay. Avoid stay there.

They just pretend to be a huge hotel with Hi-Fi feel! In reality : unprofessional and rude staff. Ordered Red Thai curry, got aaloo gobi ka rasila sabji. When told, waiters argued, the person incharge there didn't give a shit He just added random rice in our Bill and had the courage to ask for that money as well!! Overall, the staff the food and that billing incharge: PATHETIC!
