Sunrise Hotel

Very poor in room cleanliness. Staff behaved rudely when complained about the same. Worst experience among the 6-7 hotels we stayed in last 10 days in our road trip. Insect were found every were... floor was not cleaned well..

Comfortable Stay ,The property is well maintained and good rooms with neat and clean interiors. The service is also good. Safely car parking is not available.

Stay was decent. Food was good. Toilet was clean. Provided parking for our bikes.

The hotel has a lot to offer, particularly with its prime location and spacious, comfortable rooms. However, several issues need attention: 1. Complimentary water bottles are not provided at check-in. 2. There is a lack of proper toiletries. 3. The restaurant staff is not familiar with the menu. 4. The food is overpriced and of poor quality. 5. Service overall requires significant improvement. Addressing these concerns could greatly enhance the guest experience.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with a prime location near the market and tourist attractions. The staff was polite, and the rooms were clean, with functioning TV and AC. The receptionists were helpful, and free Wi-Fi was provided. The food was fresh and delicious, which was a highlight of the stay. The only downside was the potential lack of parking space if you arrive by car, but the guard managed to sort it out. Overall, I had a great stay and would love to return!

Food is very good especially fish Tikka and Chicken Lollipop. Peace environment and service is fast .

Everything about this hotel is good except the price, which is high compared to the quality of rooms and services. The location is excellent and easily accessible. However, there were some issues: the rooms don't have any kind of ventilation, the towels weren't fresh, there was no hand wash in the bathroom, room service was a bit slow at times, and the reception desk staff seemed rude and unprofessional (especially the evening shift)
