OYO 8593 Hotel Supernova

Is there a way to rate a place in negative? If yes, I'll give this place a -10. It's the worst hotel I've stayed in. Extremely poor hygiene. No ventilation in the room and the room was full of seepage and a musty smell. The AC was barely functional and I had breathing issues. The worst is the bathroom. No ventilation and within 5 minutes you feel suffocated in the bathroom. It was extremely dirty and even after asking for cleaning, it was not cleaned properly. The water got clogged in the bathroom and it is impossible to take a shower. And yes, there are spitting stains in the room. Even the gallery outside room smells of gutkha and spitting. No food facility, not even water. We had to buy our own. They claimed to provide Wi-Fi but it was not there. Overall, worst experience ever. And I have travelled across the country quite frequently. So it is based on an extensive experience.

Worst..dont come again...worst staff , no timely services , uncleaned blankets u hav to call for service , worst management ...please use all your money safely n stay in awesome hotel in Jhansi

Pros: ||- Hotel is quite near from the Station & major attractions like Jhansi Fort, Rani Mahal etc. |- The staffing was very humble and helpful throughout the stay.||Cons: ||- Rooms do not have balconies and they aren't spacious enough. |- Bathroom wasn't that clean especially the commode was quite dirty. |- WiFi reception is very poor across their hotel rooms

Room size is ok. TV fitted but not working. Room is bad. Not a fix charge. U can book using bargaining. Not a professional managed hotal. Bathroom is very dirty. Use your bargain skill 300 400 is good price for one night.

Location is good. Located near Elite Cross Roads of Jhansi. So, Fort of Jhansi, Museum, Garden, Railway Station, etc are just 5-10 minutes of drive. Even one can take a walk about 15-20 minutes to reach. Rooms are available around 500-600 rupees. Rooms are clean normally. Bathroom is good. TV is there. AC rooms are a bit costly.

To start I would say no one could speak a word of english, so it was really hard to communicate and ask them for help. Some random guy came up with me to the room and waited there while I unpacked (guess he was waiting for me to give him a tip). Room was more than dirty, towels were disgusting. It even felt gross to sit in the bed. I left after 40 minutes. I had to pay cash in advance and of course they didn't give me the money back cause they couldn't understand what I was trying to say. I totally recommend not to come to this place.

Stayed in this hotel recently. Service, cleanliness everything is good. I booked via agoda with free breakfast (overall cost was Rs.1150) and while checkout he asked me to pay Rs.1330. No breakfast.

There is no such property ! Oyo takes the booking ! When u reach the location ,there is a hotel supreme ! No supernova . if you call the reception no. It gets connected to some fake oyo agent and he holds u for 15 min and then call gets disconnected . The other hotel asks too much for room . please beware of this scam. I reached here after cycling for 140 km and this scam broke me . oyo also didn't respond for so much time :( @oyo
