Nice hotel with good ambience. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Situated a bit off main road so not much disturbance. Reception staff and caretaker both are polite and professional and friendly in nature.

1. The restraunt availiable in this hotel is excellent. Excellent food taste & value for money. 2. Hotel staff is very caring & helpful 3. Best hotel in shivaji Nagar area near bundelkhand university. 4. Rooms are very good with nice interiors. 5. Overall very good for stay in that area

Not even a single star 1.Pathetic service 2. Even after payment in advance for room they will give you room by 12.00 3. Check in time they will take min. 30 min. 4. No. Room service 5. No restaurant in hotel ... They tie up with nearby restaurant 6. No food menu card in rooms. 7. Bathroom are smelling. 8. You will be starving for food if you depend on them. 9. Before 9.30 they will not provide the breakfast if you complained to oyo or goibibo . 10.No. Transport medium from hotel to city. Better to book other hotel.

Not great , we stayed overnight and rooms are so so and the door locks are flimsy , bfast was part of package when we booked through booking.com, but no options they order from outside and get food. While room was ok to stay over experience not good

At this time this hotel is not tieup in OYO do not booked throgh OYO go to hotel book directly in hotel. Food was too good.. Room was always clean.. imran were very good in their work Looking forward to visit jhansi again so that I can check in this hotel again. Location is very good

Worst hotel ever seen. Pathetic services. Illiterate, rude, noncooperative staff. Doesn't deserve even one star. No one listens to ur problems n complains. Horrible experience everytime. We are medical college students and it is nearest for us, just because of this we are bound to organize any gathering or party here, otherwise every time we swear not to visit this place again ever. Horrible place, no horrible staff.

The ambience is good. People are good night polite. We have booked one of our upcoming function. Let's see hws the food.

No service , no one answers to phone , expect not even drinking water when needed, no restaurant to serve breakfast and all , what they have only provides poha and Tea. No janitor , room once dirty will get cleaned only when you check out. And after all this its overpriced, staff behaves rudely and night staff sleeps on sofa if you disturb them be prepared to get bashed.
