Worst experience at this restaurant. Very dirty and Unhieginic restaurant ambience. Staff were fighting as soon as we entered the restaurant with family. This resulted in delayed service. None of the staff attended our table for almost half an hour and post that they informed us that they can only serve food after half an hour. When we were leaving the restaurant knowing this that order will take so long, none of their reception staff bothered to ask why customer is leaving without having food. Despite this they all were busy in claiming each other and arguing.

Very good restaurant on NH from jhansi to shivpuri road and specially services provided were excellent during lunch. Staff soniya michael was very supportive and was providing prompt services... Thanks soniya michael and keep it up.

No... I am not suggest you. If you want a good meal, And Good service don't come here. If you want to waste both your money and your stomach, you shouldn't come here. I Ete at many different places in India during my 8-day journey to Mahakumbh Prayagraj. I ate at different Akhadras in Kumbh but it was better to Eat at the akhadra of Kumbh than at this hotel. Very bad service. The staff does not pay any attention to the order. And the food is also very bad. Papad, naan Not cooked properly. any Punjabi items ordered, the gravy is the same. And only paneer in the name of Punjabi.I Eat the most ridiculous meal of my life here. I have also shared my experiences here in the form of photos. See

Very bed experience today food is unhygienic.we came with 15 people simply order chole bhature & tometo soup but disappointed by cheff. No manners to serve food. No response from staff.

I think it's the best resort in jhansi everything is good here atmosphere food and I must say that at reception there is a mam name kanchan very well behaved and well mannered management of mam is very nice I visited yesterday at the resort everything seems good we must visit again

The staff at this restaurant genuinely care about their guest .. the reception staff were very helpful and answering all our questions .over all I would like to say thanks to all the staff they are very friendly and nice
