Worst Experience Ever - A Complete Scam! I wish I could give this place zero stars. My parents visited this hotel to book rooms for our wedding guests, and the owner tricked them by showing spacious rooms, claiming that all rooms were of the same type. When I visited later, I was shocked to see the reality--tiny rooms with no walking space, nothing like what was promised. Since they refused to refund our money, we had no choice but to book the entire hotel (10 rooms) under their terms. The owner is an expert at sweet-talking but does nothing beyond deceiving customers. He saw that we were genuine people and took full advantage of us. As the wedding date approached, he started calling and harassing us to pay the full amount, even using abusive language. The worst part? When our guests arrived, only 25 could be accommodated. He informed us that 50 guests could stay, and he charged 50,000 for two days, similar to guest house rates, not hotel rates. There was no staff at the reception, no service, leaking washrooms, and a complete lack of cleanliness. Calling reception was pointless as there was only one useless staff member present. Our guests were extremely disappointed, and honestly, the place looked no better than an OYO, yet they charged as if it were a 5-star hotel. This was hands down the worst hospitality experience of my life. I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this scam of a hotel. They are frauds who manipulate customers and fail to provide even basic amenities. I considered taking legal action but decided against it for the sake of humanity. However, I hope this review warns others--DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, EVER!

Worst hotel they don't have staff,and will show you big rooms but they have small rooms don't book this hotel for any events totally false commitments done by staff. Avoid this hotel at all costs! We were scammed--they overcharge customers, provide no service, and the place is filthy. No staff, no cleanliness, no value for money. Stay away! 2. Terrible experience! This hotel engages in fraudulent pricing, charges way more than expected, and offers zero service. Dirty rooms, no staff, and a complete scam. Do not book!

First of all, all the 5 star rating you see for this hotel are paid or must have been done by the owners known. I wish there was a way to rate 0 star. This is the WORST hotel ever to stay in. We had this whole hotel booked for a wedding function in feb and regret our decision to this day as well. Worst rooms. Only 1 or 2 rooms were decent ( and let me tell you, by decent I mean those low class but still okayish Oyo room). Rest all the rooms were bad, the way beds are aligned, ventilation and washrooms, believe me I have not seen and don't want to see washroom like these where there is no proper door with lock but sliding frosted glass which opens automatically and no lock making it unsuitable. I can just go on and on about listing down the bad things about the hotel. Only good thing is its location.

Location-wise, it was ideally situated, making it easy to explore or Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel is truly a gem. I can't wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, stress-free experience. Thank you, jhansi castle inn, for making my stay unforgettable!

Stayed out of curiousity as I've heard the really horrible reputation of it. The rooms are small dirty and stinky. It's beyond just dirty. NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL. COS IT IS THE WORST ONE IN THE WHOLE WORLD.

Worst hotel ever! We got scammed--they overcharge and provide no basic services. Dirty, poorly maintained, and absolutely not worth the money. Stay somewhere else!!!!!

You cannot call this a hotel, I have spent three whole days here.Why did I say this? I understand you point by point. (First point) There is no management here and there is no fully operational reception counter, every time there will be someone else at the reception. (Second point) There is no fixed rent for the rooms here, the rent is as per the customer. (Third point) When you go to the rooms, you feel like going to a lodge. (Fourth Point) Water can go out here at any time, if you call the reception or the management, they say that the tap is broken, we are trying to fix it, which never happens. (Fifth Point) There is no inhouse dining facility in this entire hotel, which means if you want to drink tea, you will have to go outside the hotel. (Sixth Point) In the end I would like to say that here if you want to make payment through your card then they do not have a card swiping machine (POS) for that also, payment is possible only through cash and UPI.

I loved everything about this hotel . This hotel is hidden paradise with comprehensive amenities.Thank you so much for making my trip memorable
