Hotel Vardhman

Very poor experience with this hotel never want to come washroom flush not working properly inspite of complain no any action taken from staff and manager even owner son talking very rudely with customer like goons. Very poor service.

Not recommended at all. Worst hotel I ever visited. I took dal fry in dinner and it was smelling badly and next day I had stomach infection. Also it has worst service

Dirty bedding, dirty bathroom, smelly rooms unprofessional staff and high room rent

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, rude owner is just spoiling your stay. He doesn't allow his stuff to serve anything you need. He himself gets limited grocery and don't allow his staff to deliver sufficient food/beverages which guest has requested for. We booked 90% of the hotel rooms and later realised in some of the bathrooms there are no glasses in window and in some rooms ac was not working. Sometime owner ask his staff to switch of the ac in mid of the day. In Dinning area and party hall there are just 1 and 2 aircons respectively those are just a showpiece. My suggestion is please don't stay in this hotel unless your all other options are exhausted. In total this hotel has 3 staff they only take care of all the daily activity along with the receptionist and owner. Only 5 people are managing this hotel during peak time, when hotel is fully booked along with party hall and dining area. All 4 staff members are very polite and nice

Staff is helpfull clean corridors rooms are not that clean spotted small cockroach and rooms are not at all quiet can hear other people talking from room beside also can hear footsteps of people walking

Room was specious but not maintained. Floor was dirty. Washroom was dirty. Taps in the washroom damaged. Food was worst. Location wise very good. 15 minutes walk from Jhansi railway station. I got this room at 1800 bucks. Trust me one can get cheaper and better rooms in Jhansi. Would not recommend it.

Pathetic rooms, open windows without glass in bathroom, they will not provide remote for AC and TV too, staff not well behaved.||||Further they will off AC in night without any intimation and put telephone receiver on busy mode. Also they will off the lift in night.

It was nice stay, staff are friendly and have good room service. Food is very tasty. Since onwer belongs to Jain community you will have good vegetarian food there. Wifi needs to be improved since I had very low speed while using it. Overall it's a good hotel for stay near Jhansi railway station.
