Hotel Sita

Spent only a night in an emergency. Front office staff responded happily at 2 am and gave the room. Rooms are good, didn't like the spring-bed though. clean washroom. Location is good. Close to the railway station. There's a restaurant which I didn't visit. Bed linen could've been better.

Nice and decent hotel with good staff that provides nice care to the customers! But just a few negative point for my stay and hence giving a little less rating! Negatives: 1. Beds which they provided were not solid woodens beds and hence were not comfortable as we were trvelling from prayagraj to ahmedabad and needed good night rest! 2. Power supply went off for almost 2 hours in morning and the staff said there was a generator but seemed to have mal function for almost 1.5 hours as we had to manage without it! 3. Tea that we got served in morning was okayish! Positives: 1. First and foremost staff was good and courteous and polite! 2. Food that we ate for dinner was one of the best chinese fried rice and manchurian in ages... 3. Location is good and comfortable and near to the railway station! So all and all the stay was nice but hoped that we got good beds as there are in other rooms!

Very nice service we went there for dinner at late night even though staff completely corporate and gave good service and food is also quite nice no complaint

I am visiting this hotel & food are very poor & room are not good..staff behaviour is very bad.this hotel is also used a call girl service....

Finally in Jhansi.. Location of the hotel is awesome with lots of eateries around. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Excellent for a peaceful night sleep. Hotel has safe parking area for both bikes and cars. The support staff and the front desk representatives were polite and helpful. Would love to stay there again.

Neat and clean rooms . Overall good experience

Very neat and clean hotel situated in heart of city. Staff is well behaved and cooperative Better to get bed sheets etc changed on arrival. Rooms are Good and rents etc are affordable. Get your lunch and dinner outside because some costly.For family it is good place to stay. Both the Sunil on reception are efficient and cooperative....special thanks to them. Whenever I come to Jhansi will stay here.
