Hotel Singh Regency

Very good and well behaved staff ,rooms and service were nice and cozy Only rooms need little attention regarding wall paints ,rest it a good location to stay in burhanpur

Hotel was previously good but now a days very unhygienic environment. Drinking water mugs are so dirty, tea pots so dirty, bed sheets are damaged and full of oil spots

Nice and cleans rooms food was also also good . Just that noice from other rooms was disturbing as rooms are not sound proof.

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed after paying 1600/- for one day stay. Generally I don't give negative comment and review, but I am bound to comment and review for this hotel. Single night stay was so so annoying and disturbing that, I couldn't describe in words. Definitely I am not going to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Was there for a birthday: the banquet hall at first floor is pretty good for ~25 ppl gathering. AC was good, enough fans and lights. Food was very good and staff was very attentive and courteous. We opted for buffet which had 450 rs per plate and everything was timely served hot. I'll give them business again.

This hotel is not equal as a par budget. No service, no cleaning

I stayed in the 12 bed's dormitory, it was well maintained and very neat and clean, only two bathrooms were available, but it was convenient for me because, there was no other guests when I stayed and also I stayed for few hours so no disturbance at all!

Im a solo traveller travelling across india. I been to many hotel in india.. i met a family (2 sisters and a brother) in my trip at orchaa hotel.. we visited jhansi together and planed to go to datia the next day .. we planned go stay at this Hotel Singh Regency.. but they didn't allow to take rooms(2 different rooms only.. 2 men in a room and 2 women in a room) .. but these guys denied entry due to hotel policy(unmarried men and women).. for God's sake excect me these 3 ppl are brothers and sisters.. they could have easily identified when they check the id proof.. also .. we had too much of luggages.. it would easily mean we are travellers.. jhansi is considered one of the well known tourist locations in india.. but hotels don't allow genuine travelers... I'm uttelry disappointed... ppl with common sense and conscience should be appointed at the reception.. anyway... I would say simply.. this hotel policy sucks.. it is not just hotel.. many hotel in UP does the same... UP tourism also sucks..
