Hotel Sheela Shree Plaza

Stayed at Hotel Sheela Shree Plaza for a short visit. The location is convenient, and the check-in process was smooth. The rooms were decent but could use some maintenance, as a few amenities felt a bit outdated. Cleanliness was acceptable, though some areas needed better upkeep. Service was average--staff were polite but not very prompt. The food at the restaurant was okay, but nothing exceptional. Overall, it's a decent place for a short stay, but there's room for improvement in terms of service and maintenance. Would recommend for a budget-friendly stay if you're not expecting luxury. Rating: (1/5) Our stay at Hotel Sheela Sree was disappointing. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards--rooms and toilets were not properly maintained. The TV was not working properly, and there was no hot water supply. Breakfast was subpar, and to make matters worse, the staff, including those at reception, were unhelpful and unsupportive. Not recommended for a comfortable stay.. price was also very high

Excellent mid budget hotel with courteous staff and a very good restaurant attached. Mr. Azhar at the reception and Mr. Moon managing the restaurant were exceptional and made us feel totally at home. Great food and service. No complaints at all except that the toilet needs renovation. Shall stay here again on my next visit to Jhansi.

Hotel was perfect stay for the ones who wants to ignore the city traffic and take the outer highways. Parking space was limited but well managed. Breakfast was good

Nice place for family get-together. Nice decoration. Good place for lunch and dinner.

Rooms are old. Kettle and geyser was not working. Service was okay. They brought bucket full of hot water on request but didn't change the kettle. Food and the staff at restaurant was so polite and made us comfortable.

Very good location & ambience in a busy town like Jhansi. Check-in experience is good but check-out experience is awesome under the guidance of manager. An family-flavoured restaurant is always busy, which shows its hospitality & courteous behaviour. Staffs are always agile & pro-active, and any small mistake was promptly rectified with a smiling face, it's my own experience in my two days stay.
