Never recommend for the hotel... Staff service very bad... Behaviour of manager is very bad... Cheated on us... Talking in Very bad language.... Never go there guys

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. The rooms are not clean and the bathroom is even worse. Our bathroom door latch was broken. TV cable connection got disrupted but the staff promptly fixed it. Room had a window that opened in to a shaft. My train at 11 PM was delayed and the retiring room was sold out so opted to stay here. There are many drunk yards outside as there is a country liquor store next door. The restaurant has no customers but the prices are high. Ordered green salad at 80 rupees, it was okay. Bottom line, a place to dump your bags when you wait for the train. Its a 5 minute ride to station for 30 rupees. Staff is helpful. Better cleaning could make it a good place to stay.

They are very rude and I forgot my phone charger there and they took it when I called them they said nothing was there

Rooms are good and spacious, washroom and electric appliances are good. But, we are not happy with food services at all and it is very delayed here, they are not very welcoming in nature. they don't have any specific conditions in hospitality. even they don't think about the members choices there were a lot of delays in food.

Had booked hall of this hotel for my son's first birthday... Must say food quality is just awesome.... They use branded masalas like mdh... Service was good .... Staff was around all the time during the whole function.... Ambience beautiful.... Last but not least it's budget friendly

This property is only good /great with very low budget pocket who want to pay much less and want to be in a hotel. Food is bad. Quality or the cooking medium is bad, there chef do not use desi ghee or a nice refind oil. Rooms and restaurant area is ok. Location is near to the railway station hence common among travelers. Overall property location is fine, services were good but food quality is poor.
