We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The family rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making our stay truly enjoyable. The room service was excellent--quick, efficient, and always courteous. A special mention to the managers, Kunal and Tanvir, who were incredibly helpful and attentive. They responded to our queries and concerns at the earliest, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. Their warm hospitality made all the difference. Highly recommend this hotel for a hassle-free and comfortable stay!

They have decent executive rooms and I have stayed in it before, but unfortunately when I booked for the same room online a few months later they chose to fool me with a deluxe room for the price of an executive room. Sharing the photos from my stay. They have a proper parking space as well.

Decent Hotel with Clean Rooms, Executive One is Spacious. I stayed in both types of Rooms Executive and Deluxe One. Deluxe is decent and affordable however the Executive is Very Good with ample space, and many amenities.

Bedsheets and pillow covers were in extreme bad condition. Changed after many reminders but still not clean..! And that can be avoided but the behaviour of the staff was extremely rude..! We paid for 4 adults and one child, initially 5 towels were given but when we demanded for clean bedsheets, room service guy toom one towel back and said we wont give towel for kid..! Pathetic behaviour nd poor service.

I book for the sister engagement and the staff is really cooperative...Very well mannered and listen to our request. Only a little bit problem of parking is there else there banquet hall and garden is really well deserved.after decoration..But they need to maintain little bit Of a hall also..The owner is very good .

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The property is unhygienic, with a strong smell of cigarette smoke and alcohol lingering throughout the premises. It's definitely not a family-friendly environment, and I was surprised that Goibibo still lists this place on their platform. The staff were unprofessional and did not address any of our concerns, which only added to our frustration. If you're looking for a safe and clean place for your family, I'd suggest staying elsewhere.

Strategically located near Jhansi railway station (approx 1 km) , opp. Dhyan chand stadium, my govt buildings like the commissioner office, SP and collector bungalow and circuit house all within 0.5km. Famous as the banquet and Marriage hall for 20 years. Rooms are new and well furnished.

It's really bad...only location is ok...staff is ok...but honestly speaking,the towels,the bedding everything was bad,really bad....even we requested for paste,they refused,not to think about dental kit...they charged us tea too when there was an electric kettle in the room but no tea bags ,nothing...guys the hotel is not at all worth the price....so be mindful before booking
