Hotel Om Palace

A decent low cost hotel. Definitely needs fixes on doors and windows. Staff was helpful and the food was good. Situated very close to Jhansi Railway Station. Almost all amenities nearby.

Don't dare to come this hotel, pathetic service. AC is not working at all.i am still in hotel and multiple time called in reception that AC is not working and give us towel. But they take it challenge "ab to AC me so Kar dika" and specially when u gave money in advance. Please don't go I am still in hotel room number 208 and in next 25 min leaving this hotel even though I paid the money.

This is the dirtiest hotel we have stayed at in India and we've been here 8 weeks. The bathroom is the worst. There is a drip from above the toilet so is you sit on it you get dropped on and it looks like someone has been sick and the staff hasn't cleaned in up. The sink is also disgusting. Pay 100 rupees more and stay down the road.

Room Service not good without ac room charge 800rs room is not good ,seling and dirty room no phone in room and not available menu which is not good for room service and better comunication. One day two and three time disturbe which is not good, Bad hotel bad experience not to suggest to other to book room this hotel.

Very bad experience. Staff is very rude and the owner also.They don't even bother about any guests needs.
