Hotel Mashaal : A light lit by Vidhata

Very terrible experience.......very rude and unprofessional staff. They are not welcoming at all. I booked deluxe AC room . But they provided me non AC small room with no any amenities. When I showed them my online booking details which clearly mention Deluxe AC room with TV, side tables , almirah etc. they refused to provide it and they said you can leave if you want and it was 9pm night time. But I couldn't tolerate these type of rude and unprofessional behaviour, so I left that property.I informed GOIBIBO regarding the same but the staff didn't co-operate. They are fraud...... don't book this hotel.

Location Is very odd at narrow street, unfamiliar person very difficult to find the hotel. Local people may be find easily. Property is new but room are very congested. Price almost high in comparison to other hotel's space & Location. staff behaviour is good with me at Night 11 Pm.

Rooms are extremely small. The hotel staff is more concerned about tips than providing service. No tip then no service. Don't recommend this property at all better to use railway retiring room or dormitory.

I stayed at this hotel sometime back and let me tell you I looked out for reviews and thought it's good but I believe the reviews are not honest and that's because the owner is super rude, there's no geyser, no clean blankets and it's hidden at a place where it's super hard to find. Not recommended at all better pay more and get a clean one.

This is the worst hotel of my life. The owner has a different attitude towards customers. He does not refuse straight things. They neither have a kitchen nor any kind of service.

Worst hotel and services Room is too much small and bad, no amenities. No Ac working, horrible. Do not stay here

avoid this cheap hotel at all cost its not on the main street, no hot water, beds smell so bad. The owner is very mad mouthed and the staff is highly undertrained.
