Nice hotel to stay . Mr rahul treated us well

The property is very bad, dirty washrooms, small rooms. The pics on google vs rooms in actual are way different. AC not working condition also housekeeping is not maintained and food quality is very bad,Waste of money. @Agoda no support from your end my money is wasted.

All fans in the hotel rooms are noisy, not possible to sleep, the flushes are erratic, the staff are arrogant, except the receptionIsts,small insects get in under the door.NOT RECOMMENDED . |Stay there at your peril. Very poor maintenance.

One of the worst places we have stayed at. Reception tried to persuade us to pay extra and get larger room. The rooms are small and untidy. Cigarette butts in the room. Restroom was not even clean at checkin and they had us wait one hour to find someone to clean it. Cigarette burn marks on pillows and bedsheets. The staff smokes in the hallways. No hot water in bathroom. They even denied us breakfast that was prepaid in the room rate. Can't believe they are even in business. Zero star place.

Ok place for a day. Keep in mind it's near the road and sound insulation is non existent. Also some nights there were very loud neighbours that kept me up all night and woke me up early in the morning. Room service is polite and decent. Good bathroom size. Unlimited hot water with good flow, this was the cherry on the cake of my stay here. The phone did not work, so I had to call the mobile number for room service. Strong and fast WiFi, this was good to get things done away from the office. Hope this helps
