Hotel City Palace

This hotel is very poor quality service

It is very bad hotel and very dirty bath and price is so expensive

Very dirty room & service staff also greedy If you ask for water they asked for money

My friend booked a room in this worst hotel thinking it is near to the station. When we entered the room, we found a bad smell inside the room and also in the bathroom. Stuffy room with bad smell was choking our breath. All the linens are dirty. Perhaps they did not wash in last 3 months. Oh, it is a living hell. It is the poorest unclean and dirty hotel where the alcoholic staffs are creating ruckus in front of the door. Our train to Jabalpur was in the night. So I left this hotel of unholy evils and took shelter in the railway retiring room.

Rooms not so good, staffs are very nice and awesome food for money.

Didn't liked the place at all. Rooms are small and the linens are in bad condition. Toilet seat doesn't has a water jet and no hot water facility. Even i got electrolucted when i touched their aluminium door once. I immediately checked out after this. I don't know why they call it city palace. It is the worst place ever.

A really cheap hotel both by quality nd quantity. Very poor maintenance. Broken toilet seat, dirty stained bedsheets, smelly pillow cover nd too add on top there was a used condom thrown below the bed. Seems they don't even clean the stuff. I had to stay for 1.5 day ..nd this was my worst experience so far. All cheap kind of people visit this hotel nd they won't even let u sleep overnight. The owner himself boozes to keep himself awake . The breakfast was overall okay but for hot water I had to say at least 3times before the person brought me a bucket of water. seems like all kind of immoral activities occur here. Nd moreover there are almost nil eating options nearby. so I had to rely on their breakfast. To add all this, while checking out the service guy demanded some token as a gesture.. I mean like ..how ..this place doesn't ever deserve that.
