Hotel C P Palace, Jhansi

Very poor service.... No any facility at room... they put only 1 towel between 4 person in large room... bathroom is not good... telephone is not working... tea kittle is not working and no any things to make tea by kittle... even after 3 times complaining about all the service, they came and clean bathroom that's it... telephone is not repaired... very pathetic service....

Pleasant stay .. Food was too good.. Room was always clean.. kuldeep and Nishant were very good in their work Looking forward to visit Lucknow again so that I can check in this hotel again. Location is very good

This is the worst hotel I ever seen in my life. I have booked this hotel through Goibibo and while I reached to hotel they are showing full. They wasted my precious 6 hours Not recommended to go

Worst hotel . 1. No connectivity 2. No fooding service 3. Rustic employee 4. No help from either hotel or goibibo , oyo etc Don't book this hotel if you wish to stay happy in jhansi.

Hotel is good. But some services is not working like refrigerator, flow of water is low.

Not worth money they are charging...elevatirs were not working during my entire stay. .poor hospitality
