Very bad food quality... yesterday i ordered Non veg thali...in that combo I got very dry lachha Paratha, which can not be able to feed to Dog also...I am totally disappointed..

Good hotel. Rooms and washrooms clean, hygienic. Auto facility available from front of hotel. But for outside food there is no restaurant nearby for major meal, for fooding you have to depend upon hotel restaurant, their food a little bit expensive but taste is good.

Rooms are spacious. The reception hall in the basement is sufficient enough for a small function of 100-200 people. No Parking issue.

Nice location....old hotel hence furniture is old...room size is big....issues with water supply/leakage ... immediately different room is given.They have restaurant and ok food.

Nice, safe, and family friendly place to stay. Cozy, neat, and clean rooms. Great food. And, they have parking space. Around 5-6 cars can be parked inside the property and there is enough parking space just outside the hotel which is being taken care of by the hotel security staff. The breakfast buffet was also very good.

It is a good place to stay in a small city like Jhansi. However, they need to maintain their property. I found some of the walls in my room had stains. Food was good. Valet parking within the premises. Courteous staff and quick room service. Ambience perfect.

The service provided here was pathetic. We booked a room with provision for hot water, but still we were given a room without a geizer. We asked to change the room, they did provide a room with a hot water tap having the controls of the geizer with them, they put off the geizer at 7.00 am which forced us to bathe in cold water. The toilet seat was broken. Air condition was not working well. I got an electric shock from the exhaust fan switch. My father also got an electric shock from the kettle they provided which was also broken. The housekeeping didn't clean the room on the 1st day. On the 2nd day, we kept the key with the reception for cleaning the room and my brand new lipstick worth Rs. 3000 was stolen ! The housekeeping never answered the phone. One of the reception person was also very rude. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please don't go here !
