Green Leaf Resort By Omatra

I dont know why the hotel is so highly rated .. the bedding was full of spots and dirty. Walls were also spotted The staff and management is so greedy they even charge for water that they provide for drinking. The entrance of hotel is also inside a dark alley. They hotel building is also shared with a gym they start blasting music at 6 am and evening also . No peace of mind .. very dirty . They dont even provide shampoo . Please bargain for the rooms they are not worth the money they are asking for .. room shpuld not be charged more than 800 for what they are giving .

This hotel is not maintained by the owner. The lift was not functioning properly & the rooms needs maintenance. On 2nd floor there was loud noise of the gym. The service was good & the staff was helpful. The location of the hotel is the plus point. One can look for better options nearby

Very poor condition of lift. Many time lift was out of order. Stairs are very hard to climb.... Room service was unsatisfied.. We never visit in future to Green leaf resort.

It is near crossings (walking distance around 300m). It is neat and clean. Room is neat but smelly. Staff is cooperative. Food is available from restaurant. It can be better with availability of electric kettle, sugar, coffee, tea bags and one litre packaged mineral water bottle in room. No slippers in room. Water-tap should be maintained well.

This hotel doesn't even deserve single star worst experience in Jhansi. Pathetic behaviour of its manager Sanjeev

Three star just for the decorations and the appetizers. Rest, the hotel was overall an average. The manager and the staff was polite and cooperative but the staff was less in number that created a delay in services. The appetizers were delicious but their was very less staff to serve them. The lunch was just tasteless , i just don't know what flavours is the chef trying to instill in the main course. Not even one gravy was having taste. Overall an average experience.

The reception at hotels overcharged me at the time of checkout and took more money than the price on which we both agreed upon during check in. The hotel added GST illegally, there is no GST on rooms less than 1000. I dont mind paying the price , but better to not make any deals with hotel. They are just interested in charging.
