This hotel is being run by goons. Never ever book this hotel especially when you are with your wife or family. Standing even near to this hotel will give you cold chills and fear. If you have really low budget, don't want your and loved ones safety and want life-threatening experience then go ahead and book this haunted place. They will show very cheap price at all booking sites, but when you reach hotel, they will not allow for check-in and will ask for high amount. Now days all hotels listed on OYO are scamming customers.||I am again re-iterating, please don't book this hotel if you don't want to endanger your life.

Best hotel in Jhansi. Clean rooms and cooperative staff.

Very rude behaviour of reception staff, torn bedsheets, intercom is not in working condition, dirty room no washbasin in bathroom. I will not recommend staying in this hotel. If you come here at night and complain about the room's deficiency, the reception staff reply is very rude, staff blackmails you by saying that, if the hotel doesn't give you room at night and can deny your OYO booking. Till now it is my worst experience of staying. Hotel management please improve your services, your basic infrastructure is good. Regards

Oyo, goibibo should remove this hotel from the list as they impact their image and brand value. The worst hotel ever seen in Hospitality industry. Spend 3 days here and had so much bad experiences, can write it here. Few are listed below- 1. AC won't work even after paying for ac room 2. So bad washrooms that they can't even clean. 3. Very poor room services. 4. Always focus on cash 5. LIFT is stopped at 7:30 PM, even there are more than 30 guests from our family. 6. Linen/blankets are so dirty, we have to use ours. 7. Chairs broken and can't even replace 8. No hygiene 9. No sanitization as per covid norms 10. No mask by staff 11. So bad towel. 12. No complementary water on room in daily basis. 11.

Worst ever hotel i stayed during my life. No hygiene at all, fjll of dust, full of mosquito, dirty badsheets full of srains, dirty pillows and when we asked for pillow cover, manager replied that he doesn't have, please adjust... TV doesn't work, no geasyer, staff not available for room service.

Naam bade darshan chote....suits this hotel... Mismanagement. Rude staff. It was my engagement. The hall was not properly decorated.no proper lights.AC were not working.everyone was sweating in the hall. Waiters were having the food before the function.no manager was present there to look around.. This was the worst experience.
