Hotel Purvanchal - Hotel in Jaunpur

We stayed at this hotel for my sister's wedding, hoping for a pleasant experience, but were extremely disappointed. Room service was consistently delayed, and staff were unhelpful. The worst incident involved Mr. Arvind Pal, who rudely dismissed my polite request for a room freshener, saying, "Don't call again and again. We have to go to another room." Such behavior during a family celebration was unacceptable. I hope management takes serious action--no guest should face such treatment during special occasions.

The building is old and it needs renovation no room was properly maintained no cleanliness washroom lights and water was not working.|Manager was not quick to respond |Very unhygienic environment and no maintainance. Worst hotel, never trust the staff of this hotel, they are hungry of money only without giving services. Book only on your own risk. This hotel doesn't deserve even a single star.

Rooms were dirty and bathroom is worse. Toilet flush was not operational and seat was also broken. Bathroom tiles were dirty.

New hotel (opened Dec 2017). So you can expect better rooms than others in the area. The water geysers in the room are very small. So, hot water for shower is a problem. But the service quality is poor. They need to understand that service is important in hospitality industry.

The owner and Manger of hotel are very co operative and helpful. Room are clean regularly and room service is also prompt. The only issue is food. The quanity of food is huge. A single person cannot finish it himself. Location is nice
