Hotel Krishan Kanhaiya

Receptionist Behaviour was not Good , They talked in attitude, how to deal with customer they don't know.when we book online they deal with Amount when we reached they changed their deal Amount. I stay at least 3 to 4 Days, Food service was good,Staff are active.

Great experience in hotel , Excellent hospitality received from the Hotel Staff and The food was awesome must try Dosa and specially ( Special thali)

I will say good, but Admin should look into the crocery. I had a tea and the cup was cracked. Even in my home I would not expect this. Rest is Ok ok.

I recently stayed here, and it was an absolutely terrible experience. The room was infested with insects and bugs, making it impossible to feel comfortable. The jet spray in the toilet was broken, and the flush didn't work at all, which was extremely inconvenient and unsanitary. There was a persistent bad odor in the room, and the mattress and bedsheets were both smelly, adding to the discomfort. To make matters worse, the water from the taps was muddy, making it impossible to shower or even wash my hands properly. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

Worst experience, pathetic staff, no way to speak with the customers, very arrogant persons at the reception, it has been 45 min asking for towel even anything you ask will be coming after 45 min worst experience

Food is average. Hotel and staff are good

Extremely poor service, on call they agreed 1400 for room but after reaching they asked 1800. The manager is very rude , they throughly asked for cash payment. Room they allotted there is no ventilation. They won't give AC remote. Wash basin has electric current. When we complained no one came to check. Worst experience.

Very poor facilities, rooms were dirty, Flush was not working, even curtains were very dirty, electric switch board was not working...
