A Nightmare Stay - Avoid Hotel Bharat Bhavan - Jatipura / Govardhan I regret my decision to book a room at Hotel Bharat Bhavan in Jatioura (Govardhan) on 18-08-23. Despite its popularity on various travel portals, my experience was a complete disaster. I question how such platforms endorse such establishments. Here's why I strongly advise against staying here: Isolated and Unreachable: The hotel is situated in a remote area where basic necessities like water, food, autos, and taxis are virtually inaccessible. This isolation left us stranded and inconvenienced. Eerie Silence and Neglect: We were the sole occupants of the entire hotel, leading to a spooky atmosphere. The caretaker and service staff were either sleeping or engrossed in their phones, completely ignoring our needs. Hospitality seemed like a foreign concept to them. Filthy Conditions and Neglect: Upon entering the room, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority. Despite the staff's assurance that it was ready, dirt was scattered all over. Even after complaining, the room was only superficially cleaned; mopping was out of the question. Unsanitary Bathrooms: The bathroom was equally horrifying, showing no signs of proper cleaning. It's baffling how such an establishment could overlook the basic requirement of maintaining sanitary facilities. Dismal Linens: The provided towels seemed used and inappropriate for the premium price we paid. This disregard for basic amenities was disappointing and disrespectful to paying guests. Ineffective Air Conditioning: The AC, although functional, failed to cool the room even after an hour. The discomfort caused by a faulty cooling system added to the already unpleasant experience. Food and Hygiene Concerns: Given the state of the room and staff, we couldn't even muster the courage to inquire about tea, coffee, or food options. The overall atmosphere deterred us from even considering these services. Early Departure: The conditions were so unbearable that we checked out within an hour of arriving. The poor facilities, neglectful staff, and overall atmosphere made the stay a nightmare. In Conclusion: Staying at Hotel Bharat Bhavan was a monumental mistake. The remote location, neglectful staff, filthy conditions, and lack of basic amenities make it an establishment to avoid at all costs. This experience was not only disappointing but also disheartening. I strongly urge others to reconsider any plans of staying here. Rating: 1 out of 5 stars ( If compulsory to rate )

It was excellent because we experienced everything that we expected in a pilgrimage center. It is located on the parikarma marg. Hence we had a constant darshan of Giriraj and the devotees doing the parikarma. The property is fairly small and therefore there was peace and quiet. The owner and his staff especially Mahender Shiva , Deepak and Mohit were really helpful and anticipated all our needs. Even the food was cooked according to our taste. All in all a memorable stay. Nice and simple rooms ... awesome place for stay... peace location... most important note that food is delicious and hygienic meet and clean bhojanalay. Five star food rating simple and sweet as like home.

No parking in this hotel and lots of monkies...we stayed in hotel on 31 st March to 1 April ....monkies broken my car wiper and scratches lot in my car..... WiFi not working...tv not working.... Other things are average.....

Best location to stay ...enough parking place.. New and very good hotel...
