HOTEL VIRAT

Stayed from 28th April to 1st May in room no 103 and 104, Hotel Virat, Jaswantnagar, I found the reception staff which also works as hotel manager (dadu and one more) don't listen to customers and are uncooperative. Don't book AC room in this hotel as they don't give genrator support in power cut time which is very frequent and lenthy in this area. Better book NON AC room as there is no difference in AC or NON AC. You will feel cheated if book AC room in this hotel.

Hotel management is very bad you need to call them every time to start generator. In catering you can not get food in room. Very pathetic hotel and most expensive in the vicinity. Other hotels charge 1000 for the same room type for which they charge 1500, with worst service. Not even good for staying single, forget of staying with family.

I have come here for the very first time with high expectations and I ordered paneer pizza and masala dosa. Without doubt dosa was good but pizza was not eatable and bad. They didn't use proper cheese didn't know what it is. Adding a photo please check guys

No staff was there to take the order it took 30 minutes to waiter to take order very bad not recommended staff's behaviour was very worst in total paisa barbad

we had dinner while going to pragraj.. it was awesome.. tasty food we had
