Rooms in lodge/dharamshala is much better as compare to this hotel rooms. You can only try to sleep but don't have the facilities of water in room toilets and no one is there to take responsibility for their worst services, I will not recommend anyone to take the hospitality of this hotel in gonda.

No one takes the responsibility as the owner is not interested in running the business. In the name of facilities you will only see the stone name plates of chief guests at multiple locations.

Wouldn't give them any star rating if I could, horrible rooms, broken door handles, torn bed sheets, dirty pillow covers. Room being left uncleaned by past occupants and hotel staff refuses to clean it up claiming "it's not their job"

This is a small town hotel type. Good space and banquet hall for marriage purpose. The food quality is ok type. Need more attention to run the proper hotel . Unprofessional staff.

Nice place but location not available for other people to contact near people. Rooms condition ok but other toilet and AC not working properly

Overall a good hotel... Rooms are spacious n well furnished with proper ventilation. There is a separate Bar section. The lawn is big enough. It's spacious n perfect for a huge gathering. The staff is good. When decorated the hotel looks more beautiful. Serves good food.

Far from the noise of the city, and near the bus stop! This is the best location! Food is also very delicious with the best service.
