Burney Palace

It's a banquet hall and on the outskirts of bulandshahr city... Parking space is a major drawback, no proper arrangements for parking..big let down... It's on the busiest road and no proper arrangements for traffic management ... Although it's a new property, not having a parking space is really concerning.. Overall amenities are okay, since it's New infrastructure...

Best hotel and restaurant for luxury feel with family...very delicious food and beverages..also service very attractive..over all best in all categories.

Weirdly thin and long shape of the property makes everything feel crunched. Poor service from staff, poor food. Dark and dangerous locality. No parking space. No wheelchair access. Traffic congested thin road.

I travel almost every week for businesses and this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in despite not being cheap. The manager doesn't have manners how to speak with the customers. Very rude and unconscionable behaviour. I was shocked the way he behaved. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I have hotel membership. And I checked in at 6pm & checkout at 11pm. All this was only because of Gaurav because he said to get out of here. I got angry and checked out at the same time and went to another hotel.The award of the most unprofessional and the insensible staff goes to Mr. Gaurav. I wonder the people like him are the part of service industry and feel pity for the hotel.

The must try restaurant in Bulandshahr. First of its kind in city serving japanese crusine. There mocktails are awesome. Must try chilli paneer bao
