Thief? We returned on our own after 1.5 to 2 hours, and yet you call us thieves and thugs? We've never come across such rude and unprofessional owners and staff. They simply refuse to stand by the promises they made, and instead try to put pressure on the customer just to cover up their own mistakes. And no, no one "ran away" -- we walked into the office ourselves. If we really had any intention of escaping, no one could have stopped us anyway. They didn't even show us the full CCTV footage, clearly because they know their own staff was the last person to enter a non-checkout room without the customer's permission. As for the so-called "apology" -- we made no such apology. We only gave a small amount after repeated requests from their staff, who were making emotional appeals saying they'd have to pay from their own pocket. Overall, such a terrible experience. Still, I genuinely hope they get more customers like us -- maybe then they'll learn something about professionalism and honesty. Worst event experience ever. The managers have zero coordination among themselves. They didn't even know the final menu that had been finalized three days before the event. This lack of organization caused unnecessary delays to our function. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience .

Your staff entered our room before checkout without permission, and no one seems to know who was responsible for the incident. We made the payment out of our own moral values, not because of your insistence. We didn't want your poor staff to suffer over such a small amount. This was by far the worst experience & mind your language, we had make payment approx Rs. 2 lakh for our function. you people don't know how to make customer satisfy with our hospitality & our guest wait 1 hours for starters & you guys don't know the whole menu which decide at time of booking. Worst experience, I'm suggesting all the peoples who are booking this hotel, make an agreement on stamp paper with the hotel & include all the clauses which is needed...& also include a penalty clause if hotel make any default in clauses.

I hosted a retirement party here and it was perfect! The staff was professional and attentive, the ambiance was elegant, and the food was outstanding. Every detail was handled seamlessly, making the event truly unforgettable. Highly recommend for any celebration!

Bad service or behaviour is very angry He did the work that he had promised. He falsely blames you. If he feels that any loss is caused by his staff, he will put the loss on you. Owner has very bad habits. It would be better if you people don't go.

We went for one wedding with stay there. Rooms were basic. Cleanliness and service can be better. Pool was not cleaned after multiple requests. Staff was not polite during checkout

Their staff and services are the worst, they make promises and then they just ignore them. They listen and they get agree to your views, choices and request but at the last moment they just ignore them. You are just one of hundreds of costumer. They don't even have vacuum cleaners, they will come in front your guests before you finish your function and will start sweeping stage and floors like street sweepers. They will come and switch off your music system two hours before time and will remind you have only two hours left so dance fast and finish your program one hour before time. They will make sure you loose your respect and feel ashamed in front of your guests. That's the only showpiece hotel in the city so you can understand why and how easily they are doing it. Their staff is really cheap class.
