Galaxy Hotel

Unlike my recent stay at your hotel. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the abysmal experience I had during my recent visit to your establishment. Let's start with the staff, shall we? I must say, I have never encountered a more unprofessional and disrespectful group of individuals in all my travels. Not only were they rude and unhelpful, but they had the audacity to demand extra money from me, on top of what was already billed. Talk about customer service at its finest! And don't even get me started on the lack of basic amenities in the room. No towels? Really? I thought that was a standard requirement for any hotel, but apparently not at your esteemed establishment. And to top it off, I had the pleasure of being charged for an AC room, only to be told that there was some mysterious "electricity issue" preventing the AC from working. Twenty-four hours later, and the issue still hadn't been resolved. Bravo! Needless to say, I had no choice but to cut my stay short and seek refuge elsewhere. And let me tell you, the difference in quality between your hotel and the one I moved to was like night and day. It's a shame that your hotel couldn't even come close to meeting basic standards of hospitality. In conclusion, I would like to offer my heartfelt thanks for providing me with such a memorable experience. Rest assured, I will be sharing my delightful encounter with your hotel far and wide, so that others may have the opportunity to experience the joys of your hospitality for themselves.

Rooms are not well maintained, during peak winters also no hot water in bathrooms and even after repetitive complaints they keep giving excuses. Rooms especially bathrooms were not properly cleaned. Staff in general is very polite and helpful except hot water issue. No lift in hotel, no room heating arrangement in winters.

Over rated room rent Rs-1000/- for non AC room (1 person) , no bath towel, soap or shampoo

Rooms are good.spacious neat and clean as compare to other hotels available in hathrus with convenient price rate...

Not so great.. rooms are not maintained at all. No hot water , bathrooms are dirty, bed sheets blankets are of pathetic conditions. One of the lady staff there is worst, not sure how she got the job in this industry as she doesn't have any basic etiquette to speak and pass on the message

Not so good at all, rooms are not maintained proper, price is too high, 1800 + GST for single occupancy and the room is not proper. If you are new they will try to charge a higher amount.

Location is very good, its just 5 minutes walking distance from Roadways Bus Station, but rooms are not clean, a lot of mosquitos are waiting for you & the services are more worst then its room's quality, if you are friendly with maleriya, dengue etc. then its for you only, go get it

It's a good for searching hotel. There is a bus station nearly. Rooms are bit expensive but quality of room is good for its price. Food is also good but not like home. Good for a night stay.
