Worst service and room quality specially in cleaning they are provided old pillow cover and bedsheet and washroom are not clean washbase are leaked

Administrative of this hotel is poor while I have booked hotel with make my trip .before 10 days at the mean time they are not giving room so donot go for this.

Really nice location to stay in Hardoi and also food is very tasty

One of the worst hotels. They are charging without giving any intimation. I suggest everyone not to stay at this place.

USP of this Property: - Dirty Rooms with Plenty of Mosquitoes - Dusty Lift, Lobby and Premises - Barthroom is unhygienic and it is same as public toilets. Faucet and Shower are fully choked - Worst Experience with Housekeeping and Restaurant. - They are using the renouned name of royal cafe and serving highly bakwaas unhygienic food from somewhere else beause restaurant was closed at all the time....but Charging the prices in the name of royal cafe. - TV and AC are remoteless. In one word....NOT STAY HERE
