I had the pleasure of dining at Basant Leela last night, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The ambiance was absolutely stunning - the dim lighting, elegant decor, and cozy seating area created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home.

I was a regular customer to dine in basant Leela restaurant but on my birthday night 28 nov, I found maggots in salad served my whole family was shocked and night was wasted. I immediately reported to waiters and they said they have taken action by removing that particular staff who made the salad. I am extremely disappointed with the service kindly ensure this doesn't happen again. I don't think I shall come again due to this instance.

Rooms are just 110 sft (too small) Lift not working. Geysers not working. In case of power failure; there is no AC facility. I strongly recommend.. District Magistrate to take Legal action against the hotel.

It is situated on Naghehta road 1 km from hardoi railway station. Beautiful internal decoration. Parking is also very good.

It's located in main market. It's hardly 10 minutes distance from railway station Food is good. Staff behaviour was also good. Overall a very good stay in hotel.

This hotel is way past its use-by date. Extremely unprofessional, small rooms with maintenance issues in every single fitting. Untrained staff (apart from a couple). The restaurant Moti Mahal serves very basic food and rank bad food (especially the north Indian stuff).
