Royal Palace - Hotels in Hapur

Bad experience. If you are reading this review, this hotel is not for you. Car Parking is in the basement, which has a very sharp angle ramp. I scraped my car on the ground while entering the basement. The only window in the room is overlooking another building a few feet away. The staff is absolutely untrained. The owners are unapologetic about everything, and do not respect your opinions or your preferences. They will ask for advance on booking, without you being aware of the limitations. I walked out in 05 minutes and didn't even bother to ask for my advance.

This place is good for having private parties and functions. They provide good food in catering service, but at the end of the party they say that food got finished. Otherwise the overall experience is good.

Hotel is at good place with all the amenities, parking is also available . The best property in Hapur Rooms are neat & tidy. Value for money

There are a lot of insects and cookroach in the room and the room is also dirty. The bathroom is very dirty and also filled with water. All the taps in the bathroom are not working properly and the behavior of the manager is not efficient. There is no proper maintenance in the hotel and service is not good

Extremely poor service and dirty rooms with cockroaches roaming around in bathroom as well as room. Rude staff. They don't serve proper breakfast. I was overcharged.
