Hotel Paradise

Hotel is average. Hotel has a restaurant, rooms to stay, a well spacious parking and a tiny hall for parties etc. Hotel has enough crowd as there are only limited options available in this area. Rooms tarrif is starting from 700 up to 1200. Rooms are not cleaned as almost all the walls have red gutkha peak on them. Bathrooms are not very hygienic. One can stay if it is required but shouldnt plan specially to stay in this hotel only. Staff is nice and cooperative though.

Rating ----- 0 out of 5 Third class services. None take responsibilities. Bad food quality. Lack of management. If they commit for something then at last moment they will say no on the same day during your function like bdy or engagement or any function, when you will have no option. I will suggest to all no one should go there as per my personal experience that was very bad. If you book plate systems there then they will count only plate not the food in pot that in every pot food stuff is there or not.roti is there or not they will count only plate. They commit for 2nd floor AC hall for my guest to lunch but at the same day of function they told I will not let u go there ...I arranged lunch third floor without AC.so at last moment I don't have any other option .Even I booked 2 month before the function but they did like above what I mentioned. Overall there was completely bad experience in this hotel.i will suggest not to go there.

An average place to stay. HOTEL name is for namesake. Rather it is a LODGE. The stairs uptill 2nd floor where the reception is, and till the reception, it gives a feeling and the ambience of an ungraded lodge. The people at reception are hospitable. The two boys, the reception people, were polite and hospitable and too gave me exact and full information when I enquired for a room for my guest arriving next day.

I have tried food from various restaurents in Hapur and trust me they are full of spices and chillies. But this place serves the type of food you can eat comparatively. Though they have not maintained the ambience and everything but the food was okay.

Guys trust me best hotel ever ... 5/5 excellent service behaviour is too good high quality food i must suggest u to visit there for dinner , parties etc they arrange everything in best way even easiet for us bestest ever

Service is best and manager and all staff was polite in behaviour food was amazing and this hotel was not perfect for family if you are in high society otherwise perfect for middle class person.

This is a worst hotel i have ever seen in my life. Every room having full of bad smell & odour Every thing is lift ,gyser) are controlled from Reception the manager and all the staff are bad mannered Today we are booked 203 and 207 no room and it is very cold tonight 10 degree temp they have provided 4 blankets to 5 members when we demanded 1 more blanket they refused and misbehaved us

It is convenient to reach, have good food, having good facility for couple sitting. Used to do only cash transection. Rooms are available at low cost.
