HOTEL SHUBHAM PALACE

While the location of this hotel along the highway may seem appealing to many, I must express my profound disappointment with the experience I encountered. The standards of hygiene were alarmingly subpar, and the quality of the accommodations left much to be desired. Furthermore, the owner displayed a troubling lack of accountability regarding persistent issues in the bathrooms, with loose doors and fixtures that were simply unacceptable. It is disheartening to witness such disregard for customer satisfaction. To add to the dismay, events on the top floor were accompanied by loud music, completely disregarding the needs of guests seeking a peaceful retreat. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this establishment to my cherished friends and family.

They are cheaters..we booked this hotel for marriage purpose and there arrangements was pathetic, they want only money for everything thing. Before money payment they were like "Haan bhaiya, jaisa ap bolye" after payment not ready to take any responsibility.

This hotel is good and reception is very cooperative

Food was too good service was good but the interior was average with with average facilities..... Their AC in banquet was not working properly. It's just average place
