Food and service was good. Was served by Avanti at the food area and she made sure everything was good.||Rooms are also well maintained and have all the basic requirements for the stay. Best thing about the hotel is the staff. They've seemed to be trained well and are customer service oriented.

A big thank you to Mr. Rohan Saigal for handling our booking so smoothly--his support was prompt, courteous, and truly appreciated. Our overall experience at Holiday Inn Express was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for a relaxing stay. The staff across the property was welcoming and responsive, making sure we felt taken care of throughout. While there were a few minor hiccups, they were handled professionally, and the team made every effort to ensure our satisfaction. Looking forward to staying here again!

Rooms are small but very tidy and clean.did not order any food . Dinesh at front desk was very helpful |Morning breakfast was good even though not much of a spread..but had a good combination of Indian and western.|Regarding room size , they have only same kind of room all of one size.The size of the rooms also is true to shower and restroom.||One more good thing was the availability of laundromat with dryer for guests This was unique and very welcome surprise ||If you are choosing this place just to come and rest in the night then go for it.

The rooms are really small. There is no room to even put a full size suitcase. Unless you are travelling with a back pack or may be with a carry on, I will not recommend staying at this hotel. Even there were no towels available for shower. Also, the pillows were so soft that they hardly acted like pillows. I would say breakfast was good.

Stuff PANKAJ were incredible and friendly. Hotel was clean. Have a very wonderful team and very attentive to our needs. Felt very clean during our stay. We could make our room nice and warm. It was also great that main lobby has a dispenser with clean water fresh or hot. Thank you and will definitely come here again.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Rooms very neat and tidy always. Just the breakfast buffet needs to be changed. Had nearly the same breakfast for a week during a prior stay and recently came for two days and had the same breakfast.

Very Disappointed with stay and services , We stayed 3 day's, every day breakfast menu was Same, food taste was average. You will have much better taste in any local dhaba. We had ordered Dal makhani it was like boiled water no taste. During check in room key's given for different rooms. Never had such a experience in any Holiday inn hotels.
