YStay Hotel

I booked first time here after seeing multiple reviews. The reviews are mixed but my experience was very good. Rooms are neat in clean food quality is good and staff was also very good. Only one thing which can improve is that hotel ac needs to changed or serviced

The behaviour of the staff and the management team present at Y STAY is very poor. I strongly criticize the unprofessionalism conducted at this professional platform. A staff member by the name of "Sudhanshu" treated me and my family with such ill mannerism when we inquired whether a room was vacant. To which he went on to answer "Madam room mehnge hain abhi" ( Madam, the rooms are currently very expensive). My question here to the management is whether this is the way a reputable company should treat a customer. And even after this encounter, there were no apologies from their side and neither did they amend their ways thereafter. After we confronted the staff about his member, he still had the audacity to shout and misbehave. I kindly request the authorities above to call for some strict actions against the particular staff member.

The stay was very good and the staff also polite. In future I will alway stay here. Rooms are more than pics. Mattress also good. Good service. Everything was fantastic. It's the center of everywhere u wants to go . Thank you guys. I will suggest your hospitality to my knownS

I stayed in Ystays hotel a few days ago. It is a budget hotel, very close to the Expo center. The personnel was very polite, especially the hotel Manager Vikash who was very helpful and tried his best to make my stay pleasant. |The menu was vegetarian..I would prefer some non-veg options

I have a pleasant stay at Ystay hotel. Food was delicious and tasty. Room was clean and hygienic. Staff is very friendly and humble.

This is located close to Expo center in Greater Noida. It has neeat clean rooms, simple breakfast ( made to order if required) and a courteous staff. Thank you
