Good hotel, good staff, tasty food. Again, in this hotel, don't book a room with breakfast. You will get only an aloo paratha and a bread sandwich for Rs.500/- . Again, if they give you room number 101, don't take it. You will feel like you are in a ghost room. Every time the lift comes to the 1st floor, the door and window of room 101 will shake like some ghost is trying to enter the room. The only problem is that if you try to extend your stay, they will increase your room rent by a factor of two, and they will ask for money for everything. Even if you want 1 hour extra for check-out,. I have to mention the staff. All are very good and polite.

In a line of unsafe and bad hotels, Park residency is a gem. Their rooms are amazing and their service is excellent. If you are hungry, there is no need to order from outside. This hotel provides really good food at all times. Their paneer lababdar is worth a try. Would highly recommend

I am always a bit skeptical when it comes to hotels and rooms. Before I got here, I was thinking that it might not be upto my expectations but, it turned out to be otherwise. The welcome, the room, the toilet and cleanliness was quite good for this category of property. Don't come here expecting the service and standard of Hilton. But they are quite good as a transit or for anyone coming here for business in this area. However, make sure to request a room with a window with a view of the outside. Then you are all ok.

The hotel is located in a prime location. Just a few mins away from India Expo Mart. The rooms are maintained very well and the services provided are top notch. They also have conference halls within for in-house meetings which were of great help to me as we could organise our short notice meetings there. The staff is well behaved and cooperating x with a helping attitude. I had a great stay there and would definitely recommend it!

There are some places that have surprised us over the years by the value for money aspect and this hotel stands right up there. At Rs 2000 per night inclusive of breakfast, this was a steal. |||| During our journey from Manali to Kolkata, we were searching for a hotel near the Yamuna Expressway where we could halt for the night and it was then that we found this hotel - located 3-4 kms away from YEW. Some highlights which I would like to focus on:||- Rooms are excellent with all amenities i.e. AC, geyser, toiletries, extremely comfortable bed and clean bathrooms.||- Even at 1 AM in the night, the hotel attendant came out of the hotel, spotted our car and guided us to the hotel. ||- Food is excellent.
