Food quality very bed, they don't have towel and they run hotel , this hotel does not deserve single star, brackfast is include but they don't have ready breakfast in morning 8:30 am. ....do not book this hotel 3rd grade staff also very poor

Service Quality: While the hotel claims to offer top-tier services, the actual experience was quite the opposite. The staff seemed unprofessional in their approach, and even basic amenities were not readily available. Hygiene Standards: When we requested a door mat, we were provided with a bath towel instead. To our surprise, we were later informed that this towel would be cleaned and reused as a bath towel, which appears to be a regular practice. This raises serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. Late-Night Accessibility: Guests arriving late at night should be able to access services without undue delays. However, we had to wait for an extended period as the staff was taking a "nap," citing their long working hours. While we understand the challenges of hospitality, this is not acceptable in ensuring guest satisfaction.

The rooms was not upto the mark for the price charged, the electric kettle provided was too dirty, stinking washroom. Overall not a good stay! Staff were good though but rooms are bad!

Worst Smell, No Service, No room heater, No Response, no relation to the pictures shown, don't ever trust, this is 4 star in no manner

I stayed at a nice place for two nights, and I really liked the room and how friendly the staff was. The staff seems trained and formal. The hotel is in a fairly good location. We paid Rs. 2k for two nights, but you can go for 2k per night. The only problem we had was with the food. The taste was good, but the bread was super hard, like papad. But the main dishes and starters were delicious! So, it's a great place to stay if you want a good deal, but I wouldn't recommend eating there. One more thing, they don't let you bring in food from outside, and they didn't tell us that on their website. Overall, it's a good place to stay for a fair price and order food online.

Looks good from outside but very smelly when you enter in service area , very untidy rooms as well washroom was not acceptable at all, some home how manage to pass the situation.

The location was near by to Indian expo so convenient.. Food portion, taste and quality was good. Mr. Nitin at reception was always helpful and courteous..

The hotel is very good and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The food tastes amazing! We tried so many different types of food and all of them were great. Speed wifi and smart tv is available too. Totally recommended.
