Not as good as expected, rooms are not maintained properly, breakfast was good. They need to really look after their electricity connection, please improve your services.

The owners of this so called 'villa' were really very rude, argumentative, and worst. The 1 star rating is a really decent one for this hotel as it does not deserves this too. The ambience of this hotel is too bad. Don't be fooled by the images. The food quality should never be asked about. Ultimately, I would recommend you to stay at this hotel only if you want to get insulted by paying money. The worst part is the receptionist who makes this Abodes villa, a hell one.

The staff at Abodes Villa Greater Noida provided shockingly poor service. Our expectations from discussions were completely betrayed by their indifferent behavior and terrible hospitality. It felt like we were unwelcome guests, and the hotel's amenities were nowhere to be found. This experience serves as a prime example of how not to run a hotel. The cherry on top of this disaster was the complete disconnect between what we were promised and what we received. The amenities that were boasted about seemed to have vanished into thin air. Perhaps they had a secret compartment to hide them, accessible only to the most elite of guests who can decipher their cryptic customer service code.

I am glad I got to know about this place by searching through Google maps. (Trust me this guest house is shown towards the bottom of the list shown in hotel booking apps but some how I figured out that this place is where I'll be staying). It's an amazing place with clean and spacious room. Even the bathrooms are very spacious. The best part is that it's hardly 900 m from Indian Expo Center, Greater Noida. The service is very prompt and the hospitality is decent and warm. My booking included breakfast, hot parathas were served in the morning along with curd which was quiet tasty but they failed to serve ketchup which was a bit irritative. It's a highly recommend place for business delegates as well as family.
