Radisson Blu Hotel, Greater Noida

This was my first stay at the Radisson Group. I had a wonderful experience right from the seamless check in activity to the dinner, the sleep over & breakfast. All great. A special shoutout to Md. Nematullah for your services during breakfast. Very courteous & welcoming

My experience at the radission hotel in greater nodia was an exceptional one .the staff was accomodating and helpful and always willing to help.||When I first checked into the hotel it was my birthday and Sayantika was such a helpful and pleasant person to interact with,she took a welcome photo and a departure photo of me ,she provided me a complimentary birthday cake and wine which made the experience so much more exciting. She qas always helpful with questions or things I needed find out about areas and food places around the hotel.she would also do regular check in to make sure I was comfort. |||At the resturant which I had breakfast and some suppers everyday ,I was always welcome and friendly greeted ,shown to my table and served whatever I needed||MR Tara the hotels resturant manager was so friendly and kind and always checks in on you with a smile and ready to interact work his customers in a friendly manner ,really enjoyed speaking to him |||Lakshika,Tanushree and the Waiter that served us one of the nights Sandip were always so friendly helpful and made sure the dinning experience was wonderful and enjoyed ..Sandip had the chef specially prepare an Indian dish I wanted to try which was so exciting for me.||Vansh was an exceptional hotel lobby person. That is sweet and always helpful from the start of the visit till the end..||They are all sucha hard workers in this hotel and provide the best quality of service .there is also a gym and spa and pool avaialble.everyone speaks multiple lnagauage so you wouldn't have a problem if you are a foreigner |.English is spoken very well. I had a amazing experience .

Nice ambience and nice taste of all the food items especially vilayati taka tak. Cake both the pineapple and chocolate were very good. Good work by @ varun and @ lakshita and managed better by @ manoj. My kid has really enjoyed it also. Overall a nice experience

Iam a regular customer of the hotel. Every time Iam planned to come here on my business trip l look forward for the experience of stay here due to the wonderful staff and their hospitality. In that regard Miss siyantika has been making sure that I am being looked after well.

The Radisson Blu Greater Noida is an awesome place - it truly feels like a clean, excellent 'home away from home' rather than a standard hotel! I always appreciate the great hospitality and the genuinely tasty food.||||The main downsides are the unpredictable pricing - sometimes the rates double or triple, making it tough to book even with Rewards status - and the fact that getting my stay nights and points added to my account hasn't always been straightforward. It's frustrating when the loyalty perks don't seem to apply consistently.

We booked the hall for my sister's engagement for around 100 guests. The food was exceptional--there's no doubt about that. However, the hall and service did not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. The interior of the hall was average, and the staff service was also just average. The air conditioning in the hall was not working properly, and there were no ACs in the washrooms. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not reflect the quality expected from a 5-star hotel.

I stayed at this location for 2 days for a business meeting. Nice ambience , great breakfast and good customer service. Although I couldn't explore more , would love to come back again. Ms. Memory from the restaurant was very welcoming and friendly. Would recommend this property for all.

Was here for a wedding and started for two days. Everything was very well organized. Apart from the marriage party there were other guests staying at the hotel too but they take care of everybody. The rooms were very good. The food was decent. We mostly ate Indian. The breakfast spread was good too. Overall a nice hotel to stay at. Centrally located. The grand Venice mall is just a 5 min walk from the hotel.
