The breakfast buffet was decent, though the variety could be improved. Located in a quiet and peaceful area. Although the hotel is slightly tucked away, getting a taxi or auto wasn't a problem.

Avoid this Hotel - Unsafe and Unprofessional Experience for Solo Female Travelers I recently had a highly disappointing and distressing experience with a hotel I booked through a well-known platform, and I feel it's important to share this so others, especially families and solo female travelers, are aware. I had booked my stay well in advance, but when I arrived at the hotel, the staff initially denied my reservation. After hours of frustration and back-and-forth, they confirmed my booking over the phone. However, when I returned to check-in, I was told that the hotel was "fully booked" and they could no longer accommodate me. As a solo female traveler, this was not only inconvenient but also unsafe. I had to leave the hotel and search for last-minute accommodation in an unfamiliar area. To make matters worse, the staff and manager, Mr. Tiwari, were completely unhelpful and dismissive of the situation. I wasn't the only one facing issues at the hotel--other guests were also experiencing similar booking problems, which added to the frustration. The lack of professionalism and disregard for guests' concerns was shocking. No apology was offered, and my booking was ultimately canceled, leaving me stranded and stressed. Key Issues: Denied booking despite confirmation. Hotel was "fully booked" even after confirmation. Unhelpful, dismissive staff, including the manager. Unsafe experience for a solo female traveler. My advice to anyone, especially women traveling alone, is to never book with this hotel. It's not worth the stress, uncertainty, or risk. Please choose your accommodations carefully to avoid a disastrous or unsafe experience.

I reserved a room at Lime Tree Hotel well in advance, and the booking was confirmed without issue. However, to my dismay, the hotel later canceled my reservation unilaterally. When I contacted the manager, Mr. Bhavesh, to understand the reason behind this, he responded in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. He even admitted that the cancellation was done to resell the room at a higher rate. This behavior is not only unethical but also highly disappointing. It reflects poorly on the hotel's reliability and commitment to customer service. I strongly recommend choosing a different property, as there are many hotels in the area that uphold ethical standards and prioritize guest satisfaction.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Location was good. Rooms were clean especially washroom was clean and basic hygiene was maintained. Staff behaviour was also good. Overall a great experience, I stayed there for 2 days and we didn't face any issues.
