Hibiscus select hotel

I recently took my family out for lunch and was pleasantly surprised to discover a rooftop restaurant with a swimming pool view right in my neighborhood in Noida. We found this spot through Swiggy Dineout, and it turned out to be located inside Hotel Hibiscus. The rooftop itself was of a moderate size, offering a decent ambiance.||However, when it came to the food, I wasn't too impressed. We tried several dishes, but the only one that stood out was their Thai spring rolls--crispy and flavorful. Everything else was quite average. That said, since we availed a 50% discount through Swiggy Dineout, I didn't mind spending some quality time with my family.||I would recommend visiting this place in the evening, as the afternoon sun was quite harsh. While they did provide some shading, the lack of fans made it uncomfortably warm. Fortunately, the day was breezy, which made the experience a bit more pleasant.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Calling this place a hotel is an insult to actual hotels -- it's more like a horror movie set with a breakfast buffet thrown in as a cruel joke. The approach road is so narrow and chaotic, you'd be better off arriving in a helicopter -- if only there was a helipad on the roof of this glorified dump. Breakfast? Please. Even roadside thelas have more hygiene and taste. Here, you get flies and cockroaches as complimentary toppings. The restaurant looks like it's allergic to cleanliness -- filth everywhere, and I wouldn't be surprised if the staff offered hand sanitizer as a dessert. Even if they pay you to stay here, save your dignity and sleep on the footpath. At least the open air won't smell like despair.

Not good Room Service. No slippers provided even after calling 4 times, No water bottle provided such a basic necessity. It was provided after 40 minutes. No room cleaning service. How can such a hotel can provide a poor living conditions. I would never recommend anyone to this hotel. I can't imagine how they charge this much.

The hotel overall is very nice. Spacious parking. Rooms are well maintained and decorated. Not overpriced at all. The service by staff is very noticeable. Food is delivered very quickly and is also of good quality and taste. Location is a very good place. Everything is close to you as it is in Diamond Plaza

*Adding this after having gone through the reviews - 90% of the reviews here are fake/paid. The 5 star reviews are a joke* Sales team is disgusting. These guys promised a lot of things while taking the booking for marriage. However, the sales person flipped on the day of marriage. The sales team did not communicate the expectations to the operations team. In each event (mehndi, cocktail, wedding) we had to face delays in service. The food was served 1/2 to 1 hour late in each event. And they bug you like anything for payments, even during the events. Not recommended at all for events. If you go ahead with this venue, please ensure you get everything in writing. Service will still remain pathetic. There are better places to celebrate your events.

No exhaust in kitchens making it impossible to sit in restuarant. Rooms not properly maintained. Toilet jets nad bathroom showers not working properly. In some time Holiday Inn will open beside it and hibiscus will loose it's existence. They did not return my adhaar card and even after repeated mails they have not returned it because I posted a bad review.

Every thing was good.. .Cleanliness was good.. food was great. I will recommend to everyone for stay purpose .canopy restaurant was up to the mark. Quite location.

Extremely satisfied with the level of service and hospitality the hotel and its staff gave. Loved the food and the ambience and decor was too good. The open lawn and banquet have been beautifully maintained. It's a must visit for celebrating all your family events. Thanks to Hibiscus Select Hotel and team to make my event memorable, I will definitely reach out for my upcoming events.
