The hotel is very good, with a well-maintained environment and excellent facilities. The hotel staff is extremely courteous and helpful, making our long stay here comfortable and enjoyable. The buffet was excellent for both dinner and breakfast, with every dish prepared to perfection. Special thanks to Head Chef Magan Lal for maintaining such high standards in the kitchen and ensuring outstanding food quality. I would also like to commend Restaurant Manager Sunil Kumar for his attentive service and for taking care of every detail to meet guest needs. A big thank you as well to Arun and Devender for their warm hospitality and efficient service while serving the food. Truly a wonderful experience!

Ginger Greater NOIDA, Pari Chowk. Stay: 14th to 16th April, 2 pax (1) Great Service. I am especially impressed with Mr Thakur, Front Desk Executive. Mr Thakur was very professional, responsive and polite with all our queries as Ginger backend had been very tardy in responding to my requests for change in check in and check out dates. He also upgraded us to a double bed room which was previously booked by Ginger Hotels as two separate single beds. Thank you Mr Thakur. You are and can be an invaluable asset to any organization you choose to work with. It also appears that the Front Desk is usually very busy but there aren't many experienced hands to deal with customers questions and routine tasks. The work is in the end done by the very few experienced staff while the rest just ask around and seek support from the rest of the team. The breakfast team is exceptional too as are the housekeeping team. In general, the human resources are excellent, but perhaps need more training and experience for the junior staff to be able to handle the workload efficiently for the convenience of the customers. (2) The rooms scream of poor maintenance. This property can generate bigger and better value for the price (or slightly more) if the hotel rooms are properly maintained. For example, the flushing system would continue to eject water after using the flushing button causing criminal wastage of water. This would lead to huge water wastage particularly if one notices this problem after the flushing act. Other maintenance issues include tiles coming off, wood frames rotting away (in the bathroom), curtain support hooks broken off etc. Towels are often supplied in short. We had to request towels for the two of us. Issues Observed ============== It is hard to believe that the hotel is part of the Tata chain as the emails are not responded to for days. I had an interesting observation that my emails were responded two days later only after sending a follow-up email. This was observed every time I interacted with Ginger Hotels. Perhaps this tardy backend approach is causing delays in sorting out cancellations, refunds etc. My first refund is pending since 13th of April and the second day since 16th of April 2025. I hope I have to send minimal follow-up emails to pursue the refunds. Overall Observation ================ Great service. Great Human Resources and people. But processes are archaic and outdated and slow. Speed will help. With focus on speed of service (front and the backend) and regular maintenance, this Hotel can generate higher value for the customers than what it is delivering today.
My first experience at Ginger Greater Noida was truly impressive. The property is well-managed, offering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment from the moment of arrival. I also want to recognize Mr. Ravi Mishra, the Housekeeping Manager, for maintaining outstanding cleanliness and presentation in the room. His team ensured that everything was spotless, well-organized, and perfectly prepared -- making the stay feel even more relaxing. The professionalism and attentiveness of the staff made my visit a memorable one, and I look forward to returning soon.
This is a good budget hotel. The staff is helpful and polite. Food is great too, kudos to head chef Magal Lal- especially curd rice is fabulous! Good service by staff Atul, Devender and Prabal. Cabs are easily available in this area, that's a bonus
