Crescent inn

I stayed at the Crescent inn Hotel for 3 nights in December. The location was perfect very close to the India Expo Mart, with easy access to shopping and public transport. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was comfortable and clean. Overall, I had a positive stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for convenience and great service."

The experience was good, they have good ambience, clean rooms and floor but the room size is small so pick wisely before booking.

It was bad experience,the price is very expensive,but service is not according to that..the host was very rude, this made us disappointed. The location is very bad, according to road.

Situated in a very dirty and untidy location. The pictures shown the site are really eye catching to trap new customers, but actually far from reality. The staffs are very non co operative, non helpfull, as if they pay for a smiling face. The rooms are like closed cave, no sun light no ventilation. Valet parking means you have to park your vehicle on road converted to a public urinal. Don't expect any help or co operation from hotel staff. These people. Don't expect a good towel or even toiletries from reception. You may be provided with an electric kettle but without tea, coffee, sugar and milk satchets. All staffs are lazy and act as if they are in a state of mourning. Avoid this property you may have better options near by.

Very good location. Staff is good but need some improvement. Management is very nice and humble. I like the food very much.

I usally stay here, it's good at price. Food is somehow compromised that's just reason for 4 star. Only eggs, chilly potato, soft drinks & manchurian are my goto here
