Excellent Stay at CityMax Inn Hotel! I recently stayed at CityMax Inn Hotel and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The hotel offers great amenities, including free WiFi, a well-maintained lobby, and a peaceful ambiance that makes it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping my room spotless every day, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location is another big plus--it's conveniently situated near key attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Despite its central location, the hotel maintains a quiet and relaxing environment. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, and the service in the dining area was top-notch. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. Overall, CityMax Inn Hotel exceeded my expectations. Both the receptionist are good and corporative they have provided everything on time on one call and with good quality if there was need of cabs and have provided. The location was amazing and food was delicious. Overall I enjoyed here every much.

There are good staff and reception person. They receive every call on any time and provide everything with good quality. Kinda appreciating. Location is very nice the view is amazing. At last you should must visit.

The hotel's location was perfect--close to major attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. The on-site dining was a culinary delight; every meal was a masterpiece. I also appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect, from the perfectly maintained pool to the small personalized touches left in the room.

From the moment I arrived, it felt more like a budget motel than a proper hotel. The room was dirty, the bathroom had a musty smell, and the linens looked old and worn( even refused to change them stating that it was changed only a day before). The air conditioner was not working and neither was the bathroom geyser, making it impossible to get comfortable. Additionally, the staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. The hotel was noisy throughout the night, with thin walls and disturbances from other guests ( biggest issue). Overall, it was a poor experience, and I won't be returning.

Pritty nice hotel all staff are polite & supportive rooms are compact but well maintained roomes breakfast & dinner available with testy food

Location is good rooms are clean and clear Also food is good Reception boy Anshu is helping Tv remote not working properly no cable and chanels are there in tv just you tube working with wifi
