Yesterday on 29th april i reached to this hotel where my online booking was existed. After reaching the hotel at reception, the person who attended us, refuse to give us rooms. Despite of online booking shown to him , he refused and he told that he orally informed OYO today that there was no room and and he can not take this booking. No on line refusal of booking done by hotel . Online Booking agent told over calling that hotel did not informed. Hotel booked my two rooms to others intentionally. No information, no mail we received. We my family have to left the hotel with a bitter experience to search an other hotel. Be aware if you are going to this hotel be confirm before reaching there.
